1/52

I've seen some other bloggers doing this 52 weeks project and thought I might join in. A picture a week of the little girl - it should be fun to see how she grows. Jolly good fun, in fact.

The cheeks! Will they stay round and plump? Or will they shrink? When will she have teeth? And when will she walk?

And what will her hair look like a year from now? And will she still love to have her neck om nom nomed?

I sure hope she will.

We've all gotten the sniffles over here this week, including the little lady. It's been booger city, folks.

And that's all I have to say about boogers.

The hubs had a sudden and crazy urge recently to watch all the Harry Potter movies in order. So we've been snuggling up on the couch some evenings (snuggling just happens to be one of my very favorite things) and doing just that.

How cute is teeny tiny first year Ron Weasley?? Every time his little face scrunches up we just want to squeeze him.

Today.

Today I quite proudly made it to the gym for the second time this week.

Then I came home and in a moment of self righteousness chided the kitties on their laziness.

They didn't notice. It's good that they have each other.

I ate pizza rolls for lunch but then felt guilty so I ate a banana and strawberries too.

We've been doing some updating around the house. Here's a little window corner as proof.

I did some journaling slash doodling.

I met my bro for dinner so that we could talk and laugh. And eat. He's starting a new adventure this fall going to MCAD (Minneapolis College of Art and Design) and I am soooooo excited for him. It was a nice time and I even got to take home two mozzarella sticks that he didn't eat.

I went to Target to run some errands which ended up taking forever. Because I can't ever seem to run errands without them taking forever. It's because of my disease. My disease is called Unabletomakesimpledecisionsitis.

I rented a redbox movie since the hubs is out for the evening and I sometimes take these opportunities to watch chick flicks that I know I wouldn't be able to convince him to watch.

Now as I'm watching it with romantic weepy eyes I'm wishing he was watching it with me. Ya know?

AND More Confessions.

A few more late night Sunday confessions.

27. I hate microwave popcorn. But movie theater popcorn is preeeetty good.

28. The hubs thinks that I'm addicted to chap stick. But I'm NOT. It's just that I really can't go without it and if I forget to put some in my pocket for the day then it's just a really bad day. That's all.

29. I am perpetually late, it's the story of my life. It's tough for the hubs, as he is a perpetually early sort. I always think I have more time than I actually do. Or it's as if the idea of being on time (or heaven forbid, early!!) is frightening to me. Or something. "Oh. I have two extra minutes? I should clean out the cat box and then change my outfit and quick check my email!" 15 minutes later I am furious myself for leaving so late AGAIN.

30. I'm a big scaredy cat. I hate horror movies and scary stories. One time I got tricked into seeing The Ring (most horrifying mishap of my life) and I couldn't shower for like, 3 days. Not because that movie had anything to do with the shower...but because I was too afraid to be in such an enclosed area without being able to see if there was a creeper well girl about to attack me.

But for some reason alien or vampire movies don't scare me much. Just mostly murderers, psychos, creeper well girls.

31. I didn't think I would like greek yogurt but it turns out that I love it.

32. I am (not so secretly) happy that we've had a crazy warm winter so far. Yes I was disappointed about the lack of snow for Christmas, but now that's it's already passed anyway I am perfectly pleased with this 40 degree weekend that we're having in JANUARY.

33. I pretty much know Ace Ventura: Pet Detective completely by heart. And I'm not at all ashamed to admit it.

That's all for now! Hope everyone has had a fabulous weekend.
